About Pamela Bird

I have been involved in personal development for over 30 years, both as a student and a teacher. Prior to becoming a Life Coach and Counsellor, I was a successful business woman, leading a large team of consultants with Nutrimetics International. At the same time I worked as a Fashion and Image Consultant which included lecturing to students and training staff at educational institutions involved in fashion.

Pamela Bird, Life CoachI have a wealth of life experience as well as formal training as an individual and relationship counsellor with qualifications from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, Interrelate and the Conflict Resolution Network.

I am also a qualified life coach with qualifications from Hart Life Coaching and the Life Coaching Institute of Australia.

I have been a regular guest speaker on various radio stations all over the state and I have been the guest speaker at many local organisations and corporate functions.

I have been working with women for over 30 years. Motivating them, helping them improve their self image, supporting them through change and helping them heal. It was this interest in working with women that lead me to notice the need for education and support for women going through mid life.

It was my own journey through perimenopause that prompted me to change my career. Over the last 10 years I have been amazed to find the number of women in their mid to late 40′s who felt lost and overwhelmed. It was because of this that I felt the need to put together a program to help women to make the most of this journey.
