I have worked with many clients to help them deal with change and yet when it happens to yourself it can still be a struggle to let go of control and let it happen..

5 months ago I not only moved house but moved cities. This was an exciting adventure for myself and my new husband and even though I understood all the changes that would take place it has been a bit of a struggle at times. There has been many changes, new house to organise, finding new doctors, a new sewing group, catching up with old friends and missing the routines I had with other friends. My mind keeps telling me to start making things happen but my body and soul tell me to take it easy and the path will reveal itself. Here is the hard bit, when it comes to change if we hurry it we could be in trouble. Trusting that the right path will reveal itself can be a test in itself. When I allow this to happen, it always, always works out better than I imagined. However, when I try to make it happen it invariably creates havoc. Learning to let go and listen to the small signals about which way to go is the most important lesson in dealing with change

I have taken some time out and am slowly gaining my excitement about the future. Whether your change is sudden, planned or just plain overwhelming, you will get through it. Listen for the little signs that will grow into big sign posts as you move toward them.

Please let me know about what change is happening for you or any questions you may have

Pam
