How Menopause Coaching Can Help
When I went through my journey, there was very little information available.
As I started to feel more confident, I decided that I would help other women understand what was happening to them.
I trained as a counsellor and a life coach so that I could help other women.
The process I have created helps you to understand what is happening to you during this time.
I work with you to encourage and explain the process of growing into the person you were meant to be.
As your Coach it is my role to support and encourage you through this process.
1. You will begin this exciting journey by understanding the three stages of change
- Endings
- The middle (sometimes feels like chaos, definitely feels like confusion)
- New beginnings.
It would be very nice and convenient if they all happened neatly in that order but rarely does it happen that way. Very few of us are comfortable with change and change that feels like it is forced upon us seems even worse.
2. You will look at ways you can gently care for yourself during this journey.
3. Then you will explore the process of grieving your life as you knew it and exploring the new authentic you. Accepting what you cannot change.
4. Getting to know the new you, being grateful for all that your life has taught you. Celebrating the power of your ‘second adulthood‘ and loving the ‘new wise you‘.
